Due to a mix of running out of steam both energy-wise and financially, we sadly don’t see a path forward for Tempo as a company. We put our heart and soul into Tempo, and are proud of what we have achieved. It's complex, and the bar is incredibly high. But we also realised over the years how much it takes to build an email client. Since then, we've expanded the team to 8 people spread across Europe, received investment and support from BoostVC and Founders, executed a complete redesign, launched the iOS beta this year, created our very dear Tempo Pulse community and much more. We went on a mission to reimagine the email client and create one that helps people reclaim their focus and be productive.
Three years ago, we recognised the problem of technology controlling our time and attention. With a heavy heart, we'd like to inform everyone that we are closing down Tempo on Friday, October 29, 2021.
